Diane Evans: Managing Director
Diane Evans is an experienced and committed HR professional who has in excess of 15 years experience in senior HR roles across a diverse range of industries including - transport, electricity, hospitality and information technology, defence and resources.
Diane has worked with organisations in both management and advisory
capacities in the areas of HR operations and strategy and workplace
diversity and has a strong interest in the area of work and family.

A mother of three, Alannah 7, Kyle 5, and Blake 2, Diane has
recently experienced firsthand combining full-time and part-time
work with motherhood before making the decision to transition
into her own business.
In 2007, Diane co-authored a book with her sister Sharon and
founded their publishing company, Big Sky Publishing. Their book
Mother Who? profiles the insights and experiences of
a diverse group of working mums. 2008 will see additional books
published through Big Sky.
Sue Carroll: Course Facilitator
Sue Carroll has international experience in the field of Relationship Management and Communication. Sue has extensive experience working with leading organisations designing and implementing programs aimed at maximising performance.
A skilled facilitator, Sue has developed mentoring and coaching programs across a range of sectors to help both business and corporate women achieve their personal and professional goals.
As a presenter and facilitator, Sue is known for her highly professional yet fun and energetic approach. Audiences describe her as creating great rapport along with having an innovative style and authentic passion. Sue is proud mum and grandma. Sue lives in idyllic Buderim on the Sunshine Coast.
Sharon Evans: Marketing Director
Sharon
has worked for over 15 years as a management consultant in the
area of marketing and brand/category development nationally and
overseas. In addition to her role as Marketing Director and Consultant
with Fuze, over the last 3 years she has created her own business
focusing on new product brand development .
Sharon has had a varied career developing vertical and horizontal brand platform development and creating new or relevant brand opportunities across many industries including footwear, clothing, FMCG and events as diverse as the youth brand Extreme Games.
Her approach is to look outside of the box, be market aware, forward thinking and to embrace the challenge of marketing to the young and the not so young.
Sharon and her sister Diane recently liaised on creating Mother
Who? a book on juggling work, life and motherhood. As the
mother of two the experience was rewarding and the result is further
collaboration in the area of diversity and career resilience and
the development of additional publishing opportunities with Big
Sky Publishing.
Samantha Connell: Health and Wellbeing Consultant
Samantha is an Exercise Physiologist with over 14 years experience in the health and fitness industry.
Sam has provided exercise prescription and rehabilitation to a range of different client groups both in Australia and overseas. She has been responsible for developing and implementing a number of innovative services, including a Falls & Injury Prevention Program (Buckinghamshire), Osteoporosis Management Program (London), Outdoor Recreation for Adults with Mental Illness (West Moreton), and was the personal trainer for the Bruneian Royal Family (Brunei).
Sam is currently a Wellness Consultant for the Brisbane City Council and is responsible for managing a range of corporate health and wellness initiatives.
Sam is the proud mum of one year old Matilda and is passionate about providing exercise opportunities for pregnant women and mums. Sam supplements her own work life balance with regular walks with her girlfriends and babies and is a member of a “Young Mums” Dragon Boating team.
